BlueScope Construction has been named as the design-build general contractor for a 400,000 square foot expansion to Ace Hardware’s existing retail support center in Gansevoort, NY.

Jennifer has managed projects and led teams through all phases from initial concept, design, construction and through the approval process. Her strengths include identifying all parameters of the project scope, prioritizing critical paths resource allocation, sales and customer service.
Throughout Jennifer’s time at BlueScope, she has managed multiple projects. Recently Jennifer worked as our LEED professional to ensure the LEED Silver certification was achieved for the US Geological Survey Columbia Environmental Research Center in Columbia, MO, and LEED Gold certification for the US Coast Guard Fast Response Cutter Facility in Miami Beach, FL. BlueScope Construction was the design-build general contractor for both of these projects.
As Director of Construction, Jennifer ensures the proper resources are available for each project. This includes personnel to perform scheduling, project management and project coordination.
