BlueScope Construction was the design-build general contractor for a center for student athletes, with coaching offices and alumni areas. Due to the original alumni donation, the existing facility, Parrott Hall, could not be demolished. BlueScope Construction designed a building to be built over the original Parrott facility and expanded the building to connect to two other existing athletic structures—Allen Fieldhouse and the Anschutz Sports Pavilion. The building project was scheduled in four phases and was financed by alumni gifts. It features locker rooms, athletic offices, physical rehabilitation areas, tutoring rooms, conference rooms, a media center/auditorium and alumni lounge area. Other special features include extra tall door openings to the basketball office area and an observation window in the football coach’s office so he can view football practice in the attached indoor football practice facility (previously built by BlueScope Construction).

Exterior walls of the facility feature brick and stone to match the adjoining Allen Fieldhouse basketball arena along with BlueScope Buildings’ flat metal wall panel system. Roof of the facility is a mixture of a red architectural metal roof system and a standing seam metal roof system, both manufactured by BlueScope Buildings.
