This addition provided them the necessary new administrative areas and provided a new alternative means of egress to the hospital along with security offices. Work was completed without interference to daily operations.

Design-Build turnkey project to expand the vestibule for the creation of additional office spaces and security station at the main entrance. Work included adding a new structure with brick facade over an existing basement area. The scope included the building shell, interior finishes, HVAC, electrical, fire protection and site work, along with structural and architectural ties into the existing structure.

Significant detailed design and coordination occurred around the existing architecture and VA hospital staffing and general public occupancy.

Composite masonry veneer exterior was added to match existing exterior, painted MR-24® roof, fire sprinkler and alarm system, and a new storefront entrance was added to the existing adjacent stair tower.
