Distribution/Warehouse
BlueScope Construction was selected as the design-build general contractor when Noland Company decided to consolidate a number of smaller distribution centers into a larger facility to gain economies. Although a total of 12 weeks were lost in construction related to weather, BSC was able to make up 8 weeks through its lean scheduling methodology. The completed facility features high quality floors and an office area with curtainwall. The exterior metal wall system features translucent panels for natural lighting and the standing seam metal roof system also contains skylights for economical use of daylight.
